TEACHERS
We have a wonderful teacher who has been teaching in our kindergarten and preschool for the past two years.
She is highly dedicated, and the children achieve a strong level of readiness before moving on to Grade 1.
The children learn the full alphabet and are already able to read and write their first words, helping them transition confidently into Grade 1. It is important to us to guide them through these essential early steps, including developing social skills, learning how to hold a pencil correctly, and mastering the alphabet through reading, writing, and proper pronunciation of sounds.
Children also engage in a variety of play-based learning stations, which are regularly changed throughout the year. These activities encourage both independent play and collaborative learning with others.
We use the Better Alphabet program to support their learning.
In addition, we have one to two Educational Assistants (EAs) who support the classroom and provide extra help to the children.
